Overview
The yd7610 Three Rivers Refinery is located in South Texas, halfway between San Antonio and Corpus Christi. The refinery has access to crude oil from West Texas and South Texas through third-party pipelines and trucks. The refinery distributes its refined petroleum products primarily through third-party pipelines.

Community Partnerships
In the last five years, more than $200,000 has been provided to the Live Oak County Boys & Girls Clubs.
Benefiting Children
- Provided $240,000 divided among nine local children’s charities through funds raised by the yd7610 Texas Open Benefit for Children
- Provided funds to purchase 100 laptops for fifth and sixth grade students as well as teachers at the local elementary school.
Volunteering TIme
Three Rivers employees annually log more than 2,900 total volunteer hours in our local community.
Environmentally Responsible Operations
- 30% yearly reduction in Title V events; 80% reduction of Title V events since 2013
- Recognized by the South Texas Energy and Economic Roundtable in 2019 for Environmental Stewardship for taking treated wastewater, or effluent, and sending it to 1,438 acres of nearby, privately-owned farm land for irrigation, producing 3,000 bales of hay annually for farms and ranches.

- OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Site since 2003; Employee commitment across all disciplines demonstrated by safety programs.
- AFPM Elite Silver Award recipient for performance in the top 10 percentile of industry safety
- AFPM Innovation Award recipient for implementing its innovative design of an energy isolation lock out device for an air operated valve (AOV) on alkylation unit fire monitors and vapor suppression systems when testing
- Currently, 3 years without a lost time incident
- Participates in regular emergency preparedness drills.

Three Rivers has a population of 1,800 people and is located between Corpus Christi and San Antonio. It is just south of the junction of the Atascosa and Frio rivers and just north of the junction of the Frio and Nueces rivers. It is 70 miles north that the Gulf of Mexico.
